[Skill Crest] Wisdom of the Owl (Archer)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Wisdom of the Owl Crest can either: 
1. Reduce the Cooldown.
2. Increase the Buff Duration.


Suggestion:
Reduce the Cooldown. (It is more effective to reduce Cooldown for 12 seconds rather than to increase 1.8 seconds Buff Duration)


Where can you find this Epic Crest?
You need to fulfil the following conditions:

1. Astral Coven Laboratory at Abyss difficulty;
2. Dimensional Box Key x1;
3. Gold Dimensional Rabbit (Black body with white hat) appears.

Magic
1. Cooldown is decreased by 12%.
2. Buff Duration is increased by 4%.

Rare
1. Cooldown is decreased by 16%.
2. Buff Duration is increased by 8%.

Epic
1. Cooldown is decreased by 20%.
2. Buff Duration is increased by 12%.
