[Skill Crest] Walking Target (Sharpshooter)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Walking Target Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Debuff Duration.
2. Reduce the MP cost.


Suggestion:
Increase the Debuff Duration. (If you are a dual type Sharpshooter, you may not have enough SP to invest on Walking Target. If you are Magic-type, it would be a very useful skill in PVP and Nest. Unfortunately, this skill does not have any effect on Critical Hit)


Magic
1. Debuff Duration is increased by 30%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 10%.

Rare
1. Debuff Duration is increased by 40%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 30%.

Epic
1. Debuff Duration is increased by 50%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 50%.
