[Skill Crest] Taunting Howl (Mercenary)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Taunting Howl Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Debuff Duration.
2. Reduce the Cooldown.


Suggestion:
Reduce the Cooldown. (Taunting Howl is just a prerequisite skill, no need to max this one out. At Lv. 1, enemy damage is -10% while at Lv. 10 it becomes -20%)


Where can you find this Epic Crest?
You need to fulfil the following conditions:

1. Assassin's Den at Abyss difficulty;
2. Dimensional Box Key x1;
3. Gold Dimensional Rabbit (Black body with white hat) appears.

Magic
1. Debuff Duration is increased by 30%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 4%.

Rare
1. Debuff Duration is increased by 40%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 8%.

Epic
1. Debuff Duration is increased by 50%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 12%.
