All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).
1. Reduce the MP cost.
2. Increase the Buff Duration.
Suggestion:
Reduce the MP cost. (Buff Duration is longer than its Cooldown)
Magic
1. MP cost is decreased by 50%.
2. Buff Duration is increased by 4%.
Rare
1. MP cost is decreased by 70%.
2. Buff Duration is increased by 8%.
Epic
1. MP cost is decreased by 90%.
2. Buff Duration is increased by 12%.

Hi there! Sorry to bother you, but could I request to star putting what "level" epic crests these might be? I ask because buying with dimensional fragments is based on what level pouch you buy [16, 24, 32, so on] My best bet is 24, since i think you get the skill at 29 but... you know, I'd rather be more likely to get a specific skill crest than another, yes?
