[Skill Crest] Spirit Boost (Acrobat)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Spirit Boost Crest can either: 
1. Reduce the MP cost.
2. Reduce the Cooldown.


Suggestion:
Reduce the Cooldown. (Important buff for PVE and Nest Running)


Magic
1. MP cost is decreased by 50%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 4%.

Rare
1. MP cost is decreased by 70%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 8%.

Epic
1. MP cost is decreased by 90%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 12%.
