[Skill Crest] Phoenix Strike (Elementalist)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Phoenix Strike Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Damage.
2. Increase the Debuff Duration.


Suggestion:
Increase the Damage. (If you want to invest on Phoenix Strike, invest up to Lv. 8 so you gain a boosted +500 damage from Lv. 7)


Magic
1. Damage is increased by 5%.
2. Debuff Duration is increased by 10%.

Rare
1. Damage is increased by 10%.
2. Debuff Duration is increased by 20%.

Epic
1. Damage is increased by 20%.
2. Debuff Duration is increased by 30%.
