[Skill Crest] Hawk Ballista (Sharpshooter)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Hawk Ballista Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Damage.
2. Reduce the Cooldown.


Suggestion:
Increase the Damage. (Not a popular skill crest because the Cooldown is too long, 125 seconds)


Magic
1. Damage is increased by 5%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 4%.

Rare
1. Damage is increased by 10%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 8%.

Epic
1. Damage is increased by 20%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 12%.
