[Skill Crest] Frag Arrow (Sharpshooter)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Frag Arrow Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Damage.
2. Reduce the Cooldown.


Suggestion:
Increase the Damage. (Both the inital arrow and piercing arrows would paralyze enemies. Also, if all 7 hits are on target, it can break Super Armor. Very useful skill for Magic-type Sharpshooter)


Magic
1. Damage is increased by 5%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 4%.

Rare
1. Damage is increased by 10%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 8%.

Epic
1. Damage is increased by 20%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 12%.
