[Skill Crest] Force Shield (Mystics)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Force Shield Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Buff Duration.
2. Reduce the Cooldown.


Suggestion:
Increase the Buff Duration. (It can buy you more time to escape)


Magic
1. Buff Duration is increased by 12%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 4%.

Rare
1. Buff Duration is increased by 16%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 8%.

Epic
1. Buff Duration is increased by 20%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 12%.
