[Skill Crest] Flame Spark (Elementalist)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Flame Spark Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Damage.
2. Reduce the Cooldown.


Suggestion:
Increase the Damage. (For PVP, I suggest you invest only 1 level, simply for its effect. For PVE, it is better to max out Flame Spark. With a +20% damage skill crest, one hit and its explosive effect can inflict up to 35000 damage. Considering its low Cooldown, 8 seconds, this is the most effective and steady output)


Magic
1. Damage is increased by 5%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 4%.

Rare
1. Damage is increased by 10%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 8%.

Epic
1. Damage is increased by 20%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 12%.
