[Skill Crest] First Aid (Priest)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

First Aid Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Heal Amount.
2. Increase the Cooldown Reset Chance.


Suggestion:
Increase the Heal Amount. (This is a passive skill, it is simply a supplement to recover your health)


Magic
1. Heal Amount is increased by 2%.
2. Cooldown Reset Chance is increased by 2%.

Rare
1. Heal Amount is increased by 2.5%.
2. Cooldown Reset Chance is increased by 4%.

Epic
1. Heal Amount is increased by 3%.
2. Cooldown Reset Chance is increased by 8%.
