[Skill Crest] Fire Shield (Elementalist)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Fire Shield Crest can either: 
1. Reduce the Hit Damage.
2. Increase the Buff Duration.


Suggestion:
Reduce the Hit Damage. (Make your Elementalist stay stronger, essential for most Elementalists)


Magic
1. Hit Damage is decreased by 5%.
2. Buff Duration is increased by 10%.

Rare
1. Hit Damage is decreased by 10%.
2. Buff Duration is increased by 20%.

Epic
1. Hit Damage is decreased by 20%.
2. Buff Duration is increased by 30%.
