[Skill Crest] Fire Burst (Sorceress)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Fire Burst Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Damage.
2. Increase the Cooldown Reset Chance.


Suggestion:
Increase the Cooldown Reset Chance. (Fire Burst is usually used to push enemies away. The effect is more important than the damage)


Where can you find this Epic Crest?
You need to fulfil the following conditions:

1. Astral Coven Laboratory at Abyss difficulty;
2. Dimensional Box Key x1;
3. Gold Dimensional Rabbit (Black body with white hat) appears.

Magic
1. Damage is increased by 5%.
2. Cooldown Reset Chance is increased by 2.5%.

Rare
1. Damage is increased by 10%.
2. Cooldown Reset Chance is increased by 5%.

Epic
1. Damage is increased by 20%.
2. Cooldown Reset Chance is increased by 10%.
