[Skill Crest] Fast Forward (Mystics)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Fast Forward Crest can either: 
1. Reduce the MP cost.
2. Reduce the Cooldown.


Suggestion:
Reduce the Cooldown. (In fact, cooldown reduction is not useful as well. Normally you do not cast Fast Forward once it is ready, you cast it when it is necessary)


Magic
1. MP cost is decreased by 10%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 2%.

Rare
1. MP cost is increased by 30%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 4%.

Epic
1. MP cost is increased by 50%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 6%.
