[Skill Crest] Enervating Howl (Mercenary)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Enervating Howl Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Damage.
2. Increase the Debuff Duration.


Suggestion:
Increase the Debuff Duration. (One of the most important skill for Howl-type Mercenary)


Where can you find this Epic Crest?
You need to fulfil the following conditions:

1. Rockthorn Gorge or Black Sovereign Assembly or Marissa's Dryspring or Desolate Isle or River Ruins at Abyss difficulty;
2. Dimensional Box Key x1;
3. Gold Dimensional Rabbit (Black body with white hat) appears.

Magic
1. Damage is increased by 5%.
2. Debuff Duration is increased by 10%.

Rare
1. Damage is increased by 10%.
2. Debuff Duration is increased by 20%.

Epic
1. Damage is increased by 20%.
2. Debuff Duration is increased by 30%.
