[Skill Crest] Devastating Howl (Mercenary)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Devastating Howl Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Damage.
2. Reduce the Cooldown.


Suggestion:
Reduce the Cooldown. (The effect of Devastating Howl is to reduce enemy's Attack Power, it is essential for the party when running Nests and dungeons)



Where can you find this Epic Crest?
You need to fulfil the following conditions:

1. Graves of Unrest or Black Sovereign Tower or Silent Reach or Ruins of Lost Time at Abyss difficulty;
2. Dimensional Box Key x1;
3. Gold Dimensional Rabbit (Black body with white hat) appears.

Magic
1. Damage is increased by 5%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 4%.

Rare
1. Damage is increased by 10%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 8%.

Epic
1. Damage is increased by 20%.
2. Cooldown is decreased by 12%.
