[Skill Crest] Chilling Mist (Elementalist)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Chilling Mist Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Damage.
2. Reduce the MP cost.


Suggestion:
Increase the Damage. (If you choose to level up Chilling Mist, level up to Lv. 7, + 10000 damage. It is definitely the killing shot in PVP)


Magic
1. Damage is increased by 5%.
2. MP cost is decreased by10%.

Rare
1. Damage is increased by 10%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 30%.

Epic
1. Damage is increased by 20%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 50%.
