[Skill Crest] Butterfly Float (Acrobat)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Butterfly Float Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Action Speed.
2. Reduce the MP cost.


Suggestion:
Increase the Action Speed. (Enhance mobility)


Magic
1. Action Speed is increased by 10%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 10%.

Rare
1. Action Speed is increased by 30%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 30%.

Epic
1. Action Speed is increased by 50%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 50%.
