[Skill Crest] Battle Howl (Mercenary)

All Skill Crests have two options. You may only choose one of them. Once they are equipped, they can be recovered by NPCs Bailey (Carderock Pass) / Stashy (Saint's Haven).

Battle Howl Crest can either: 
1. Increase the Buff Duration.
2. Reduce the MP cost.


Suggestion:
Increase the Buff Duration. (Since it cannot reduce its Cooldown, Buff Duration should be the best option)


Where can you find this Epic Crest?
You need to fulfil the following conditions:

1. Astral Coven Laboratory at Abyss difficulty;
2. Dimensional Box Key x1;
3. Gold Dimensional Rabbit (Black body with white hat) appears.

Magic
1. Buff Duration is increased by 12%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 10%.

Rare
1. Buff Duration is increased by 16%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 30%.

Epic
1. Buff Duration is increased by 20%.
2. MP cost is decreased by 50%.
